Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.

I have two lap tops one has the tool bar on the top with file edit view history, ect. What I want to know why cant I get the page on my second lap top. I have installed two many times over. So I am looking at two different default pages. What is wrong with this picture. I cant figure it out. The ist lap top on top say Google - Mozilla Firefox which is the correct one. This just starts with fir fox on the top
