The undoubted improvements in Supernova don't work for me.

I tried 'thunderbird.exe -P --allow-downgrade' in 'run.' It did not work.

Thanks for any suggestions

Actually, Wayne, I managed to sort out my problems. Although I don't like the new version. Not being able to get back without any further agonies, I am telling myself to get used to the new version. Hopefully, I can obey my super-ego.

Thank you for responding. Ulrike

Others may give advise on downgrading. I don't recommend it for anyone unless they have stability issues.

I really, REALLY don't like 115 Supernova. I have found a copy of the setup file for version 102.13.0 and because I have my old profile backed up, will be dumping 115.

IMO, Supernova simply isn't ready for prime time. There was far too much in the way of feature loss and configurability for my liking.

And the problem of being able to move the menu bar to the top remains because the developers stubbornly refuse to acknowledge the unpopularity of moving the thing below the "Unified" toolbar or even hiding it altogether.
