When I use firefox on my laptop it slowly starts drawing more and more memory and gets up to around 4-5gbs. I've tried disabling all my extensions, and nothing changes. I'm able to end the specific firefox task that's drawing so much memory on task manager and firefox continues working fine. Although the next time I launch firefox the issue comes back. I have my firefox synced and my pc has the same extensions and has not gotten this issue. Have I got some sort of malware?

It's just under the name of the website I'm on, it has happened to other websites, but right now it says https://www.notonthehighstreet.com(15556) which is taking up 10 gigs of ram and firefox(2716) 6gigs.

It's not the same example as what I said but it gives you an idea of the exessive resource usage.
