I have resist fingerprint settings turned on because I use keyboard shortcuts to open specific webpages / notes and I need the pages to be the same size when I launch the new instance of the browser.

but now the browser thinks I am in UTC. I need the browser to report I am in a different time zone, because nextcloud keeps assuming that my browser is telling the truth.

I cant / wont install third party add ons.

Being in the UTC timezone is the consequence of using "Resist Fingerprinting". If you do not want this to happen then you need to refrain from using RF.
