To enable a previously-installed dictionary, or install a new one, first open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false, OK to close Options.

There are two Greek dictionaries linked from this page:

Click the Download Dictionary link, then right-click the Download Now button to download the xpi installer, then click the gear icon next to search in Tools/Add-ons/Dictionaries in TB, Install Add-on from File..., select the xpi file. Both Greek dictionaries install and work in TB 60.4.
