I can not send emails for two accounts that use the same server even though I was able to before. I get this message from both: The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtpout.secureserver.net timed out. Try again. And I don't know how to fix it. Thank you

I had went through that suggestion prior to requesting for support. However, I followed each step again and still have a problem. The message I receive now is

Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtpout.secureserver.net was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again.

Here is the information that is requested for the step of: If this list doesn't help... Add image of stmp settings Mail provider: secureserver.net ISP: AT&T Firewall Version ?? of AT&T? or software firewall GData 25..5.0.2 antivirus: GData 25.5.0.2 Windows 7 Version 6.1 (build 7601:service pack 1) Thunderbird 52.9.1
