Had a phone conservation with this company but after awhile it seemed not the place to get Firefox support. Anyone have any info on this site?

Chosen solution

There are a number of support options.

Besides this forum there is Mozilla newsgroups, irc.mozilla.org with channels like #firefox and the long running independent forums.mozillazine.org as a option also.

This domain was registered anonymously, so the operator is not clear. It shares its 877 number with iphonesupport.net, which also is registered anonymously. It shares its 888 number with microsoftsupports.net, aolcustomerservice.co, and others. So they seem to rely on deception to attract business.

Mozilla the company that makes Firefox has no connections with this third-party site claiming to be a Firefox support service.

Besides some short lived experiments with third-party support options long ago, Mozilla does not have any one of one support options by phone, chat, or email whether official or by a third-party.
