If you are using firefox focus, it wont save history at all, but if you are using another firefox you have to tap the 3 parrallel horizontal lines at the bottom in the middle, then tap the settings button, then scroll down and tap the "Clear Private Data" button, then choose browsing history and press "clear Private Data".
