how do I export email contacts to AOL

I am having to go from Verizon email to AOL and want to export my email address books to AOL. Thunderbird keeps asking to pick what file to export, but I have no idea what my address book file name is so I can select it for export. Don't know where to look for it.

You do not need to know a filename to export an address book You go to the address book window and select the address book that you want to export. A dialog box opens and asks what file type you want the export to be and where you want to save the file. It asks you to name the file you are about to create.
