Is there some feature to synchronize Thunderbird settings between computers akin to Firefox Sync?

Specifically, I'm interested in filters, retention policy, extensions and their settings and message attributes that aren't stored at a server (stars, ignored threads for NNTP).

I found https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1095496 but it only says about synchronizing user data (messages, contacts, calendar), not core settings.
