I'm not familiar with Firefox for Android, so I don't know if there's a built-in function like this, but it sounds like you're using an add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/addon/reading-list/. You can find similar add-ons for the desktop browser, but if you want to use the SAME list, then the add-on developer would need to make a desktop version of the add-on. From what I can see, there is only the mobile add-on for now.

Firefox for Android does support Sync, as far as I know, so you could create bookmarks in a folder that is synced between all your browsers and just access that.
