Firefox Setup 33.0.2.exe UK installer displays Russian

Firefox Setup 33.0.2.exe UK installer displays Russian during installation, so I quit it. Russian has never been a language setting on this Windows machine.

Steps taken:

downloaded https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/33.0.2/win32/uk/Firefox%20Setup%2033.0.2.exe

It is usually best to download Firefox via the Mozilla "All" page;

Or otherwise use the CDN page.
