According to other posts, the FAFSA site should work with Firefox 3.6.18, which is a more recent and more secure version of Firefox.

You can install Firefox 3.6.18 from here: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older

Or if you prefer, you can install Firefox 5, and use a portable version of Firefox 3.6.18 for this one site. You can download that from here:
