Post a crash ID from Help/More Troubleshooting, Crash Reports. An ID is a string starting with bp-...

Crash reports don't initiate some kind of process to 'fix' your setup.

In the meantime, test TB with Windows running in safe mode.

Hi sfhowes I went to Troubleshooting reports and found the report ID that was sent an hour and a half ago. This has been happening since September last year ( was the first time a crash report ID was sent). It is starting to get annoying as it shuts down Thunderbird each time
