An update for Thunderbird downloaded the other day and today when I go to check my calendar for the week it is gone. Lightning is installed so don't know what the problem is. Ever since Version 54 my computer has gotten screwed up every time there is an upgrade. I am getting tired of this and may decide to go with a different browser

Tried your fix and nothing happened. Lightning is now installed again but is not showing up anywhere. Any other ideas?

That link should work - it was a developer who made the comment. And data is in a different folder from the program files

I reverted to an older version of TB and all is well now. Thanks for your help. I do not understand why Mozilla keeps screwing around with TB and Firefox. They have worked great for years so if it ain't broke don't fix it. Thank you for your help
