I think that I on installation Firefox might ask you if you want to migrate from other browsers including Chrome.

Failing that depending on what it is you want to synchronise, there're a couple of plugins, Xmarks for bookmarks and for passwords you'd probably need to switch to a password manager, which would be something like Lastpass.
