With IMAP everything is OK But I do not know is it possible to work with MAPI in Thunderbird or not? The only decision that I have is DavMail Gateway (or ExQuilla, but it's paid).

have you asked the server administrators to turn on IMAP and SMTP? They are disabled by default on new installs.
