All email accounts and folders and email missing

I have TB installed on a portable drive (both program folders and Application Data folders are all there). Used it earlier on my laptop, and then pluggedinto desktop when i got back home, as I often do. But TB is blank when opened. I followed the knowledgebase instructions using the profile manager to to and find everything but my acutally profile is missing everything for the last 10 years. It has 3 out of 6 accounts and no emails none of my address book. A recent backup is equally empty... absolutely stumped and about to give up this stupid program...

You knowledgebase says snot to panic and that everything is still there but I can't find or restor any of it. Please your urgent help is need....
