They have not changed the System Requirements pages for Beta and Aurora (developer Edition) Win64 builds yet.

current examples: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/40.0a2/system-requirements/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/39.0beta/system-requirements/

Otherwise the main minimums so far I have seen from Testers is needing 64-bit Windows 7 and newer and needing 64-bit Plugins as 32-bit Plugins will not work on Win64 builds.
