Email messages gone! On 2 out of 3 email accounts I can only see 200 messages in inbox. (yahoo accounts)

These are some old email. Where are all my important emails? I have not changed any settings or added anything to mozilla for at least few months. Only last 2 days, the messages are gone. Each inbox holds 200 emails. Odd?? I have set to store all the emails without limits on the computer. The 3rd email has got like 2500 emails, no problem. Two affected email are on Yahoo. 3rd OK account is Gmail. Please help.

Do you still see those messages on the Yahoo server when you login via webmail?
