When I try to start Firefox (the recent version), it closes immediately. And just the crash report appears. The crash report says: Firefox has encountered an unexpected problem and has been closed. Can someone help me? Thanks

It appears you have already read firefox crashes

Also try

  • starting in Firefox's safe mode, and whilst in safemode also delete all plugins.
  • creating and using a new clean profile
