Looking to manage the Certificates for over 5,000 users using Firefox, is there anyway to switch Firefox to using the Windows Certificate Store?

I am looking to manage the Certificates for a large number of users, and I would like to do it through Group Policy like we do for IE and Chrome ends up automatically using. Is it possible to switch Firefox to this using these Certificates? Is their a registry option we could change in mass to do so, or force updates to go to one of our own servers?

This doesn't solve my question at all. I'm looking to do it through Group Policy, not having to run a specific program on 5,000+ users machines. Preferably by switching Firefox over to using the Windows Certificate database.
