FF won't load, goes straight to crash report. i am unable to uninstall and reinstall. i've got no idea which version of ff i was running when the problem occured(roughly a month and a half ago) i've done virus scans and removed one, possibly a reason?

Firefox 7.0.1 Crash Report [@ js::Bindings::getLocalNameArray(JSContext*, js::Vector<JSAtom*, int, js::TempAllocPolicy>*) ]

your crashreport say you are using Firefox 7.0.1, and this crash has been fixed in Firefox 8 and 9, you should try it
