How much longer for "Solution found for question: links at the top of the page do not work, neither does arrow to move up"
All the links and scroll commands in about the top 1 inch of the active window do not respond. Go below this 1 inch boundary and all the links and scroll commands work.
When is this going to be fixed?

thanks dmcritchie. I took your steps one at a time and got rid of Babylon and that seemed to do it. thanks again.
