Where is the ability to go back or forward multiple pages?
I see the Back button, to go back one page. I see the Forward button, to go forward one page. What happened to the button that lists all pages that have been visited and allows you to select which page to go to (without having to step through every page)?

You need to long-click the button, then the usual list will pop up.
