Cannot complete upgrade to FF 4.0

I an running FireFox 4.0 on XP Professional. When I open FF, I continually get this pop-up:

[[F:\Pictures\Temp Pics\FF Update.jpg]]

When I click on "Next" it appears to start installing, but it never completes - just sits there and cranks away forever. I tried it many times and always get the same results.

I find it interesting that when I check out the version at About FireFox, I see 4.0 and "Mozella Firefox Yahoo! Edition yahoo - 1.8" I wonder what that's all about.

Any help would be greately appreciated.
