Wow, I guess you have left the USA too! In order for a website to call itself SUPPORT it must actually offer some kind of SUPPORT! Try a Dictionary, maybe an understanding of what the word means will help. In the mean time I am going back to Chrome(Hopefully you understand how bad of a job you have to be doing for people to go back to Google)

I believe this is self-explanatory but I will try to be more specific. No matter what question I ask what you call Firefox Help, I get pack around 2 pages of stuff that Has Nothing to do with what I asked. I hope that helps.
