Hi ra51, I think you mean on Firefox for Android?

The old design had the sliding panels: Top Sites, History, Bookmarks

The new design has... Top Sites and Collections on the page, Bookmarks and History through the menu

To be honest, I haven't studied it closely yet. For example, I'm not sure how to update the Top Sites now.
