Tried to import all the emails and folders and address book from the Profiles and it starts and stops when you pick import ALL and it stops there and doesn't go any further, please advise, thank you...Steve

the import method you mention 'pick import ALL' ...was this using 'tools > Import' to import files from eg: Outlook Express ??? What are you actually trying to do ?

Are you trying to move a Thunderbird profile from an older PC to a new PC?
