I just updated to Firefox 19.0 in my xp pro sp3 and now faced with a sort bookmarks icon in the lower task bar but I am not sure what is does, and would like to know can anyone help please

hello rayburke30, first please update firefox to the latest version (that's firefox 24 at the moment) - you are using an outdated version affected by numerous known security vulnerabilities which will put the integrity of your system and your personal data at risk!

the sort bookmarks icon that you're seeing isn't built into firefox, it's likely coming from the Auto-Sort Bookmarks extension that you have installed.

thanks for you reply and I printed off the paperwork for the sort bookmarks addon, which explains what I want with it!
