after i start firefox several files won t open they contain .dll suffix
i just click them closed and then firefox starts 9 of them can i resolve this newer versions don t resolve this thx

hello, could you provide the exact wording of the error message or filenames?
also run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

safe mode and default changes had no effect same files not opening
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
