Hi there. This is not firefox related. But if you can be bothered to ask, I can be bothered to answer. If you look at the base of or side of your home hub, somewhere you should find a wireless ssid and key. You need the key. If you still can't get connected, contact your ISP, (guessing its BT, right?) and ask them for help.
