Just-in time debugging is not from Firefox, it is part of visual Studio from Microsoft. For details of how to disable it see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/5hs4b7a6.aspx

An alternative method, open Internet Explorer and in the Tools menu select Internet Options. Go to the Advanced tab and select the 2 options, "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)"
