I have a problem with scrolling web pages

As the title says, I can not scroll (with mouse) web pages on Firefox. When using other applications (or browsers) scroll works just fine. This problem started when Firefox 4.0 was installed. Firefox is my default browser and I would not like to stop using it because of this problem.
