The link that you posted use a Flash Player. Your More system details list shows the Flash plugin as installed, so Flash should be working.

Does Flash work here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I loaded up your does flash work here. Funny because i can't see the webcam on the link I posted. I am running windows on my mac and can see the cam in internet explorer on the windows side. any ideas?
