All of the issues in the Mozilla / Flash Player support & knowledge base don't seem to help. This IS the same version as IE for my computer; but I cannot discern 2 different Flash Player versions on my computer.

Did you use the Flash uninstaller?

Flash Player uninstall: http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157 (this will remove the Firefox Flash plugin and the ActiveX control for IE)

Clear the Flash cookies and settings.

No help whatsoever. The odd thing is that I did the update on my desktop which is a Windows 7 and had no problems. My laptop with Vista-forget about it, it still has the problem!
