In under of FIREFOX- MOZILLA FIREFOX there are( file,edit,view,history,bookmark,tool,help.) but i lose all of them?how do i organize it back?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
