If you open Windows' task manager (press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC in your keyboard), under the "Processes" tab, you can terminate "firefox.exe".

If it's running, of course.

My problem is when I go to the 'helper' file and click on it, nothing happens. I can't do it in the Control Panel either. I do have IObit's Uninstaller 2 and I've had good luck with it taking out unwanted programs. Will it do Firefox?

P.S. I may have an administrator problem on my computer...
