hi mozilla community !

i'm not sure about posting in the right place but i'll try to be as clever as possible. i met problems with connecting to websites, typically https://www.inmac-wstore.com/. every browser (edge, chrome) on my computer works with it but not firefox. With him, i obtain a blocking message : You have been blocked Why this blocking? Something about the behaviour of the browser has caught our attention.

There are various possible explanations for this:

you are browsing and clicking at a speed much faster than expected of a human being
something is preventing Javascript from working on your computer
there is a robot on the same network (IP XX.XX.XX.XX) as you

Having problems accessing the site? Contact support

ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX

of course i don't click twice every nanosecond, javascript is enabled and running (moreover when i disable it i have a blank page with "plz enable javascript" message from captcha") and there is no robot on my network. I tried from my office, my home, my 4G share... same result: chrome/edge can access but not firefox.

I disabled enhanced tracking for this site : no result i've tried different hack like network.http.sendRefererHeader (0-2-1) : no result

when i look at console something seems to be strange : ct-captcha-delivery.com has 304 response in the network panel as you can see in the screenshot linked.

i've uninstalled, cleaned firefox, made a full malware scan with no malware detected.

i thinks it's mainly due to how my firefox deal with this recaptcha but i don't know how to troubleshoot more.

Can you help me ?

OS: windows 11 Browser: Firefox x64 9.0.3

Server not found

Firefox can’t find the server at www.ct-captcha-delivery.com.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

i've verified and i don't block any content. i've tested https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo and it works

unfortunately after testing in troubleshoot mode and having cleared cookies and cache it's still the same result.

a team mate with same version installed next to me is working fine. i really don't see where does the issue come from.
