Hello, I'm having trouble downloading e-mails since Thunderbirds' last update. I'm using Thunderbird for my professionnal e-mails. I can still access those e-mails through our online "Webmail" provider but not through Thunderbird. When clicking on the download e-mail button, Thunderbird states that it connect to my professionnal e-mail account, but then nothing happend. I'm still able to send e-mail through Thunderbird.

Any idea what could be hapenning? Thanks advance Martin

There has been a change in the preferences - the minimum TLS has been set as TLSv1.2 If this is the issue effecting you then you can fix it. There are still many servers that are not using the most up to date protocols, but you can reset the minimum so getting access to those servers.
