Until the recent update to 68.3 the calendar worked fine with my Outlook calendar. Now, all my calendars on Thunderbird show "disconnected" and on TBSync keeps saying its got a java script error - Provider <eas> is missing a TargetData implementation for <none>. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot.

What's your version of TBSync? The latest is 2.9 for TB 68.

Do you also have the Provider for Exchange ActiveSync add-on?

Hi. Thanks for the response. The answer to your question is latest and yes. I've downloaded the new versions twice, which has made no difference. The error message is the same ie: Provider <eas> is missing a TargetData implementation for <none>.

get targetData@chrome://tbsync/content/modules/public.js:449:15 remove@chrome://tbsync/content/modules/public.js:465:9 checkStatus@chrome://eas4tbsync/content/includes/network.js:606:32 folderList@chrome://eas4tbsync/content/includes/sync.js:125:21

Perhaps I need to uninstall Thunderbird and then re-download?

Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

I'd contact the add-on author about the error. The author is the same for both, TBSync, and Provider for Exchange ActiveSync.

You'd be wasting your time. Profile files are stored separately from the Thunderbird program files. The program files are static and do not change (except when you upgrade the Thunderbird application version). Because we store profile and program files separately, you can uninstall Thunderbird without losing your messages and settings, and if something goes wrong with a Thunderbird update your information will still be available. It also means that you don't have to reinstall Thunderbird in order to delete your information or troubleshoot a problem.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll follow your suggestions and contact the author. It seems that there's a bug in the TB sync. Thanks again.

I have marked this topic solved in the hope it will appear to others using tbsync. This forum only shows solved topics to folks when they ask questions.
