TB Filter Editor locks when pressing Edit button?

Get this no matter what filter I select to edit and then hit the Edit button. Also the dialog window won't close afterwards even if the upper right [X] button is mashed or the task bar icon is selected and told to close or the main program window is closed. Only finally goes away if shut down as selection in Task Manager.
