I would like to get some education on the following issues:

i) I have been using Thunderbird to do my emailing over the years.

I am wondering if all those emails [that I received and sent using the Thunderbird] are saved somewhere in the e-space ???

ii) If such a storage site for my emails does exist, how can I get access to it, so that I can download them onto my laptop computer ???

Please send any info on these issues via my email address of kjkim@usc.edu - MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE for your help!!!

What is saved is saved on your local hard drive or in the web mail of your provider.

So if you can see it, it is in one of those places, or perhaps in some circumstances both.

  1. Have you tried logging into your mail providers web mail to see if the mail is stored there?
  2. Is it visible in Thunderbird that you have been using for years?
