Hello, I get to the last step on my bank website that says ok, click this button to make payment, but it does not advance to the next page to register the payment. It does nothing. . It has always worked until last month, There is a previous page that advances to the final page ok but not the final payment .I had to call the bank to make payment last month. I talked to numerous reps at bank and could not get a reason, and can't get anyone to call me back. Has Firefox updates changed something to interfere with the page not advancing? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, hold down the Shift key when you start Firefox to start in Safe Mode. More - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

If it works in Safe Mode, disable any theme or extensions you have - 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Themes/Extensions and restart Firefox; then if it's OK, re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit. You may need to restart Firefox after enabling some extensions.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Hi Scribe, Thank you for responding so fast, your suggestion worked! I made the payment alright and then exited out of safe mode. I'll have to go thru the steps to find the extension or theme tomorrow. Thanks again for the help!
