Want to back up profile from Thunderbird. In troubleshooting found location of profile as C:\user\name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default Went to Win 10 File Exployer & went to c:\user\name.......after that there was no AppData folder What am I missing to find profiles to back up? This is normal. AppData is a folder that Microsoft has marked hidden. To show hidden files and folders, see this article:
