People cannot reply back to me when sending from outlook

I seem to have an issue with anyone who has outlook sending emails to me. Their reply shows up as "sales@" which cuts off the domain name.

I am not sure if maybe because some of the computers may have a from name as "sales @ domain" could the @ be an issue this is the only thing i can see but i think even without it there is an issue or is their a known bug in general?

It sounds like you are receiving the e-mails fine, but the e-mail address the e-mail appears to be from says "sales@"?

Perhaps you added that e-mail address to your address book with "sales@" as the name of the person. When you add someone to your address book, e-mails from them will show the name you typed into the address book, rather than their e-mail address.

So open the Address Book, and look for the e-mail address in question, then edit the entry to change the name of the person from "sales@" to their real name.

Hmm i will test that and see. This could be the issue but that is not the reply email, this shows as the "display" name. Why is it taking it up as anything else and that wasnt something we saved as sales@

Like I said, the "display" name is overridden by whatever is given as the display name in the address book entry.
