pin tb to win 8.1 start screen

Someone else asked the same question. I would love to have a thunderbird icon on my win 8.1 start screen. Right now I have to pick desktop and then get tb started from the task bar. Not difficult, but clunky. Right clicking the icon in the task bar doesn't give me the option to pin to start. Any suggestions? thanks

Yes, I have seen other people ask this question and the answer is still the same. The short answer is No.

Thunderbird is designed to run from the desktop. There is no app to make it run from a Windows Start screen.

You can, however, pin it to the Start screen in Win 10; not a live tile, just a shortcut.
