mouse over stopped working

When watching videos on YouTube I could mouse over the title in the right hand column above the video thumb nails and a small dialog box would show the whole title. Now when I mouse over these nothing happens. Firefox just updated to 34.0 and there is no change in this.

I only see the title attribute for the first item in that column and that works. The other items do not have a title attribute and thus won't show a tooltip. You can check that via the right-click context menu and Inspect Element in the Inspector.
