trying to log on to my UK internet banking. i click log on and it takes me to a page saying 'we seem to be experiencing some difficulties' spoke to my bankers who checked my account and said there were no difficulties there end, must be my browser.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
