When I click on the Plus sign, or Alt-T to open a new tab, nothing happens. When I right-click on the tag, I see the menu that's under View/Toobars (Bookmarks toolbar, Web developer toolbar, etc.) This never happened until I downloaded the latest version 30 -- twice.

CMD + T for new tab in MAC

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to Troubleshoot the issue and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
